Integrations
Zoom
Connect your own Zoom account and allow Autiq to create scheduled meetings on your behalf.
Overview
Autiq uses user-managed Zoom OAuth. Each Autiq business connects its own Zoom account. After authorization, Autiq can create scheduled meetings using that authorized account.
Current capabilities
- Identify the connected Zoom user.
- Create scheduled meetings.
- Return the meeting ID and participant join link.
- Maintain the OAuth connection using encrypted access and refresh credentials.
Connect Zoom
- 1Open Dashboard → Integrations or Dashboard → Meetings.
- 2Select Connect Zoom.
- 3Review the Zoom authorization request.
- 4Sign in to the Zoom account that should be connected.
- 5Authorize Autiq.
- 6Return to Autiq and confirm that Zoom shows as connected.
Schedule a meeting
- 1Open Dashboard → Meetings.
- 2Confirm that Zoom is connected.
- 3Enter the meeting topic.
- 4Optionally enter an agenda.
- 5Choose the date, time, duration, and timezone.
- 6Select Schedule meeting.
Schedule through Autiq AI
Supported AI workflows can call the same meeting-creation capability when instructed by an authorized user. Example: "Schedule a meeting with John tomorrow at 2 PM for 30 minutes."
Credential handling
Autiq does not ask the user to provide a Zoom password. The integration uses Zoom OAuth and stores the resulting access and refresh credentials in encrypted server-side form under the business's Zoom integration record.
Disconnect or deauthorize
- 1Disconnect Zoom from Autiq using the integration or Meetings page.
- 2A user can also remove Autiq from the Zoom account side.
- 3When an external deauthorization is received, Autiq can remove the corresponding local Zoom authorization data.
Current limitations
The current integration focuses on scheduling meetings. It does not currently provide embedded meetings, Meeting SDK functionality, AI meeting recording, transcription, AI notetaking, or RTMS meeting processing.

FAQ
Does Autiq use a shared Zoom account?
No. The intended architecture is user-managed: each Autiq business connects and authorizes its own Zoom account.
Can I schedule from the dashboard?
Yes. The Autiq Meetings page provides a manual scheduling workflow.
Can Autiq AI schedule a meeting?
Supported AI workflows can use the same authorized meeting-creation capability when the business has the integrations feature enabled.
Does disconnecting Autiq delete existing meetings?
No. Disconnecting removes Autiq's local authorization. Previously created meetings remain governed by the Zoom account that created them.
