Meta: Facebook & Instagram

Connect Meta once, choose the business Page, and enable the supported Facebook or Instagram messaging channels.

Single Meta OAuth

Autiq does not create a separate Instagram OAuth process. A single Meta authorization can expose the Pages available to the authorized Meta user and the eligible Instagram business account associated with a selected Page.

Connect Meta

  1. 1Open Dashboard → Integrations.
  2. 2Choose Meta / Facebook & Instagram.
  3. 3Authorize the Autiq Meta app.
  4. 4Load the available Pages.
  5. 5Select the Page to connect.
  6. 6Enable the supported Facebook Messenger or Instagram channel as required.

Webhook delivery

Meta webhook events are verified server-side and associated with the appropriate business and social channel before supported AI conversation processing.

Production permissions

Meta production messaging can depend on app review, required permissions, and account roles. The exact permissions and review requirements are controlled by Meta and can change over time.
