Understand Autiq's current appointment slot rules and the AI booking sequence.

Current scheduling defaults

  • 30-minute appointment blocks.
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM scheduling window in the current environment.
  • Supported :00 and :30 start times.
  • Africa/Lagos as the default timezone.

AI booking sequence

  1. 1The AI identifies the requested date and time.
  2. 2The availability tool checks the requested slot.
  3. 3The customer confirms the appointment details when confirmation is required.
  4. 4The booking tool creates the appointment.
  5. 5The AI communicates the actual result returned by Autiq.

Conflicts

Existing scheduled or confirmed appointments block a matching slot. Calendar integrations can add further coordination requirements depending on how the business has configured its external calendar workflow.
