Manage appointments created manually from Autiq or through the AI receptionist.
Overview
Autiq appointments can be created by the AI receptionist or manually from the dashboard. Appointment records belong to the business and can identify the source of the booking.
Appointment statuses
- Scheduled
- Confirmed
- Completed
- Cancelled
- No-show
Availability
Scheduled and confirmed appointments are treated as blocking existing slots in the current appointment workflow. A booking should only be described to a customer as successful after the booking API returns a successful result.
