1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autiq ("Autiq", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, APIs, AI receptionist services, customer management tools, communication services, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Autiq on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an Autiq account and must keep your account information reasonably up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must promptly notify Autiq if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Autiq Services

Autiq provides software tools that may include AI receptionist functionality, appointment management, customer relationship management, communications, follow-ups, automations, social media integrations, website integrations, and related business tools.

Features available to an account may depend on the subscription plan, configuration, geographic availability, technical limitations, and third-party service availability.

4. AI and Automated Services

Autiq uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to perform certain tasks on behalf of businesses.

AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand information, provide incomplete information, or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing your AI configuration and determining whether automated actions are appropriate for your business.

Autiq does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for a particular legal, medical, financial, or other regulated purpose.

5. Customer Data

You retain responsibility for information that you submit to Autiq or make available through connected services ("Customer Data").

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and lawful basis to provide Customer Data to Autiq and to instruct Autiq to process it.

You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, telecommunications, marketing, consumer protection, and data protection laws when using the Services.

6. Telephone Calls and Communications

Depending on your configuration, Autiq may facilitate telephone calls, SMS messages, voice interactions, reminders, follow-ups, or other communications.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated calls, recording functionality, messaging, marketing communications, and customer outreach complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Where required by law, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent or providing required notices before recording or processing communications.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Autiq may allow you to connect third-party services, including social media platforms, telecommunications providers, websites, calendars, payment services, and other business tools.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms, policies, permissions, and availability.

Autiq is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, suspension, or termination imposed by a third-party service.

8. Facebook and Instagram Integrations

If you connect Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service to Autiq, you authorize Autiq to access and use the information and capabilities permitted through the authorization process.

You must have the authority to connect the relevant account, Page, profile, or business asset.

Autiq does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Meta services. Meta may modify its APIs, permissions, policies, or availability at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Autiq to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations.
• Fraudulently impersonate another person or organization.
• Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent communications.
• Distribute malware or malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Use automated communications in violation of applicable law.
• Use the Services to infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the Services for prohibited or unlawful activities.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Autiq features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, usage limits, and included features may vary by plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged according to the applicable billing period and plan selected by the customer.

Additional usage or third-party charges may apply for services such as telephone numbers, calls, messaging, voice processing, storage, or other external services.

11. Intellectual Property

Autiq and its software, branding, interfaces, designs, technology, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Autiq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, lease, or exploit the Autiq platform or its underlying technology.

12. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content and business information you provide to Autiq, subject to the rights necessary for Autiq to provide the Services.

You grant Autiq a limited, non-exclusive right to process, transmit, store, and otherwise use Customer Data solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee that Autiq will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure failures, telecommunications providers, third-party APIs, internet connectivity, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if an account materially violates these Terms, creates a security risk, engages in unlawful activity, fails to pay applicable fees, or otherwise creates a significant risk to Autiq or other users.

You may stop using Autiq and request account termination at any time, subject to applicable subscription and payment terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Autiq does not guarantee that the Services will meet every business requirement, operate without interruption, or produce particular business results.

Autiq is a software platform and does not provide legal, medical, financial, telecommunications, or other professional advice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autiq and its affiliates, officers, employees, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autiq and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and Autiq, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you.

Where applicable, disputes will be handled by courts or dispute resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction.
